RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
We will make every attempt to honor your rental choice as listed on this reservation confirmation. However, please understand that availability is guaranteed, but not a specific unit. A $200 Security Deposit is required on all Cabin/Cottage rentals. This amount must be paid by credit card at the time of Check-in. Deposit will be refunded less any cleaning or damage charges within 24 hours of check-out. Customer liability is not limited to $200.00.
Changes to Reservations/Relocation Fee:
A $10.00 fee will be charged for each requested change to a reservation. The charge will be assessed on a per unit, per change basis.
Cancellation Policy:
If it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation, the following rules apply:
If a cancellation is received 90 days prior to reservation start date, a full refund will be given less a $25.00 processing fee OR we will issue a Rain Check less a $10.00 change fee. The cancellation/change fee(s) will be assessed on a per unit cancelled/changed basis. If a cancellation is received 89 to 21 days prior to the reservation start date, we will issue a Rain Check less a $10.00 change fee. The change fee(s) will be assessed on a per unit changed basis. Cancellations received 20 days prior to the reservation start date will receive no refund or rain check.
